TRAINING IN ACCOPANYING TRANFORMATION PROCESSES FOR (FUTRE) COCHES AND FACILITATORS

The World we live in is undergoing profound change

Our facilitator training for accompanying transformation processes creates a unique learning and experience space for those who want to learn transformation competences or who are active in agile systems. Leaders, coaches and anyone interested in deep change processes gain the necessary knowledge to deal with complex transformation dynamics.

Many people feel the pressure of transformation and its effects. Acceleration and increasing complexity of global reality demand a radical new dimension of perception and action from us. For different phases of transformation we need a new kind of navigation. This includes both our personal orientation and agile leadership in teams for sustainable change in our environment and organisations.

In the process, we inevitably encounter inner and outer resistance which we often experience as personal challenges and conflicts. Which attitudes and tools support us here?

Our one-year facilitator training offers participants a comprehensive experience in three consecutive levels with a total of nine modules covering the manifold facets of transformation.

The IFTL Grammar: Thresholds Of Transformation

Based on the evaluation of previous trainings, the eight thresholds of transformation were developed at the IFTL by Dr Felix Hoch and Iris von Tiedemann. They are described in the book “Thresholds of Transformation” (2022). The Transformation Grammar encompasses the archetypal principles of change that find expression again and again in new forms in our times as well as in different cultural contexts. The IFTL Transformational Grammar serves as a compass for navigating complex transformation dynamics and, along with the process-oriented approach, is the core of the IFTL training.

Training Certificate

After completing all training levels, participants have the opportunity to be certified by the IFTL as transformation facilitators in a subsequent testing. The certificate complies with the guidelines of the Institute for Transformational Leadership.

Graduates are then also entitled to receive an official ECA certificate from the ECA (European Coaching Association) and to be registered in the ECA database.

FACILITATION TRAINING LEVEL 1: TRANSFORMATION LAB

In the first stage of facilitator training, a transformation lab is created serving as a space for deep inner reference experience for transformation. Through the IFTL Transformational Grammar, a basic understanding of life and evolution is facilitated. Participants immerse in each threshold of transformation, which open the way for different phases of change, allowing for step-by-step navigation. The aim is to establish new levels of consciousness through personal transformation, thus enabling future transformation facilitators to accompany challenges in an aligned, sustainable and courageous way. Through personal experience, the transformation compass is anchored within ourselves – What we experience inside ourselves, we are able to accompany competently in the outer world.

FACILITATION TRAINING LEVEL 2: TRANSFORMATION WORKSHOP

The second stage of the transformation facilitator training is designed as a transformation workshop. In this workshop, the future transformation facilitators develop a sustainable leadership attitude towards their projects. With the personal reference experience and connected to their purpose, participants shape and align their projects and learn to continuously adapt them to new realities. As future transformation facilitators, they develop the ability to realise upcoming transformation projects in organisations, teams and relationships. Innovative tools, supervision and peer coaching are available here. Concluding this stage, participants are aware of their project responsibility and thus their roles as leaders and can face challenges with authentic strength.

FACILITATION TRAINING LEVEL 3: TRANSFORMATION FIELDS

In the third stage of the facilitator training we explore invisible dynamics of transformation fields which can be experienced through field and system dynamics, interactions, emerging tensions and conflicts. We open collective spaces to develop dialogue competence and explore emergent quality through collective presencing. Training participants learn to facilitate group processes through hot phases and the unexpected. The focus is on the development of fine perception and necessary attitude to be able to accompany transformation processes in a mindful and precise way. Participants develop a deep understanding of their own individual facilitator style.

COSTS

The costs are 1,100.00 EUR plus VAT per regular module and 700.00 EUR plus VAT per module for founders and juniors etc. (by individual arrangement). Accommodation and food are not included in the price.

ACCOMPANYING INDIVIDUAL COACHING AND SUPERVISION

During and after the Transformational Facilitation training, participants have the opportunity to receive personal support in transformational and crisis issues in individual sessions, as well as to address particular concerns individually. In addition to the teaching facilitators, a pool of certified facilitator-coaches is available. We also recommend body-centred transformation and process work here. Furthermore, personal potential analyses are available to the participants. The participants organise regular peer groups on their own responsibility between the modules to deepen the contents.

ACCOMPANYING TYPOLOGICAL ADVICE

Knowledge and awareness of one’s own individual characteristics, dispositions and preferences for action are elementary for open, authentic and appreciative communication as well as for mutual understanding with regard to differences and similarities. We offer three typological analyzes:

The Jung’s preference analysis (Golden Profiler of Personality – MBTI) provides information about our preferences and unconscious reaction patterns.

The type analysis (Enneagram) provides information about character imprints and the basic motivations of one’s own self.

The force field analysis (64Keys) provides information about our potential fields of action and resonances with people and contexts.
